Shipping and Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Original art ships within 10 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking via email. During holidays, orders may require a few extra days to process, and couriers may experience delays. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, with the exception of the following countries: Venezuela, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Belarus, Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Myanmar, and Ukraine. This list is subject to change based on service disruptions beyond our control. 

Note regarding international shipments and international delivery times:  

If applicable, orders made outside the US may be subject to tax, customs fees, or duties, payable upon arrival through your local courier. Additionally, you may need to communicate directly with your local courier offices, depending on your shipping country's import requirements. Please consult your local customs authorities for further information. At times, customs clearance procedures may cause a delay in estimated shipping times. We cannot mark shipments as gifts and are not responsible for duties owed. Please note that for some regions and select products, due to weight or size limitations with USPS, shipping internationally via Express is the only option available. Returns and Refunds
